Step 1: Meet and Greet our recruiters.
After we receive your application and it catches our eye, one of our recruiters will get in touch with you to plan a call. It will be a video call of about 30-45 minutes where they tell you more about Fashion Cloud and the position. They will also ask you about your motivation for joining us, and learn more about your experience, and your personality.
Step 2: The first interview – Meet our hiring manager.
Let’s meet our hiring manager, shall we? This will normally be a one-hour video call. With some positions, this call can take a little bit longer. Here you will meet the hiring manager and eventually one colleague from the team you will be working on. They will give you more insights about the team and challenge you with some questions or missions related to daily tasks. They will also answer all your questions about it.Sometimes, this interview step is also connected to the Take Home Assignment.
Step 3: The second interview – Meet the team.
Whoo-hoo, here we are, the last step of the process! Now you are ready to (e-)meet the rest of the team you will be working with. The interview will take around 2 ~ 3 hours. Sometimes, this interview step is also connected to the Take Home Assignment.
