Her extensive background includes prior experience at an investment bank, and she has pursued studies in both law and philosophy.

Based in Amsterdam, Alies finds joy in playing soccer and balancing work with her personal interests.

René Schnellen, one of the founders of Fashion Cloud, played a vital role in establishing the company in 2015. With a background in his family's fashion house, Rupprath in Medebach, Rene studied textile management at LDT Nagold and business administration at Northwood University in the USA.

As a Managing Director, Rene drives the company's growth and builds strategic partnerships, utilizing his expertise in sales and industry knowledge. He resides in Hamburg and enjoys skiing and diving in his spare time.

David Schaap, one of the founders of Fashion Cloud, resides in Amsterdam's city center. Starting as a teenage programmer, he later studied Accounting while gaining financial experience at Deloitte. However, his true passion lies in entrepreneurship. As a Managing Director, David oversees product strategy, innovation, and operations at Fashion Cloud. He plays a significant role in M&A activities. In his spare time, he enjoys boxing, reading, and expanding his horizons, while cherishing moments spent with friends.
