We verzamelen alle productinformatie van een leverancier en verwerken deze via onze eigen EDI-oplossing en de uitbreiding daarop, OrderWriter Connect. Dit zorgt ervoor dat details zoals kleuren, productgroepen en maten correct worden gematcht met de gegevens van de retailer. Productafbeeldingen worden ook automatisch gekoppeld, dus alles is georganiseerd en klaar voor gebruik.

02 Wat betekent "digital catalog"?
Dit is een van de twee manieren waarop een merk productgegevens deelt. Met een digital catalog deelt een leverancier productkenmerken en afbeeldingen rechtstreeks met een winkelier. Dit gebeurt meestal tijdens een showroombezoek, maar het kan ook vooraf worden gedeeld. Winkeliers kunnen zelf bladeren, artikelen selecteren en hoeveelheden toevoegen, waardoor bestellen eenvoudig en flexibel is.
03 Wat betekent "digitale bestelling"?
Dit is een van de twee manieren waarop een merk productgegevens deelt – maar deze keer ontvangt de retailer ook orders: In deze opzet stuurt de leverancier een order via OrderWriter Connect, onze EDI-extensie, naar OrderWriter, waar het wordt gekoppeld aan de juiste artikelen en omgezet in een order. Van daaruit kan de detailhandelaar de order verrijken, verdelen over winkels, controleren en uiteindelijk verzenden naar zijn ERP-systeem.
04 Wat zijn DESADVS/digitale pakbonnen?
Een DESADV of digitale pakbon is een bestand dat het merk naar de winkelier stuurt met informatie over de artikelen die hij zal ontvangen. Het bevat het ordernummer, EAN's, hoeveelheden en leveringsdata. Het ontvangen van DESADV's in combinatie met de OrderWriter bespaart je veel handmatige handelingen en maakt het proces meer geautomatiseerd.
