02  What do I need to start downloading content?
Nothing. Just go ahead and sign up on the Fashion Cloud platform for free. After your signup has been confirmed, you can start connecting with your brands. However, if you want to integrate product data in your webshop or ERP system you need to contact the Fashion Cloud team first (this service is paid). Please get in touch with Fashion Cloud here.
03  What do I need to start buying?
Not much. Simply sign up on the Fashion Cloud platform for free and create your store. After connecting to your brands, you will be able to access the B2B shops and order right away. In case you want to use other solutions making your buying processes easier (Smart Replenishment, OrderWriter, Clara App) please contact Fashion Cloud here.
04  What are the prices for using the Fashion Cloud solutions?
Good news: the Fashion Cloud platform is completely free of charge. Simply sign up and start buying or downloading content(*).

Some solutions require getting in touch with Fashion Cloud: For Smart Replenishment, meaning automated orders and intelligent order suggestions, we will set up a connection to your sales and inventory management. Please reach out via this page if you want to know more.

Solutions that require a paid account: Integrating product data automatically in your webshops or using OrderWriter, the app for order entries require a paid account. As we want to create an environment where the whole wholesale community meets – big and small players – our prices are flexible and depend on your company sizes and use case.
